At TLL we have two blue/green studios that can be used by schools. After filming in blue/green screen the footage needs to be edited in order to replace the blue/green with a background image. This can then give the illusion of being in any time, any place, any where. The editing process also enables the actors to be resized and positioned on screen.

A downstream key (DSK) enables the background to be 'keyed-in' live and gives an instant effect- this is how the weather reports are broadcast on TV. It is a popular activity with schools and can be used to enhance many curriculum areas.
