We regularly work with all Wirral secondary schools particularly through filmmaking and animation but are always keen to make new contacts in different curriculum areas. We are also experienced in supporting biology and geography field studies through the use of GIS/GPS mapping (Geographic Information Systems/Global Positioning Systems), mobile data collection devices, sensors and digital photographic/filming kits. We have a class set of scientific digital microscopes and are developing a series of workshops such as GeoRock (using bespoke sets of thin rock sections), Cells, Tissues and Organs (cell structure and function) and Healthy Humans (examination of healthy and diseased human tissues such as lung cancer).
